Terms of Use

The conditions that apply when accessing the Vensora website and its public tools.

Last updated 22 September 2026

This is an initial website template and must be reviewed by a qualified Australian legal professional before production use. It is not legal advice and does not replace a professional services agreement or Rules of Engagement.

01

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to use of the Vensora Security website, public resources, enquiry forms and External Security Snapshot.

They do not govern professional security services. Any assessment, review or consulting engagement requires a separate signed agreement, agreed scope and Rules of Engagement where applicable.

02

General information only

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, compliance, insurance or professional advice for a specific environment. Security decisions should be based on appropriate assessment of the organisation’s circumstances.

Vensora aims to keep information useful and accurate but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current or suitable for every purpose.

03

No authorisation through the website

Submitting an enquiry, domain or any other information through this website does not authorise Vensora to scan, test or access a system.

Professional assessment activity begins only after the relevant parties have agreed the systems, methods, timing, limitations and written authority through separate engagement documentation.

04

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass security controls protecting the website.
  • Do not submit malicious content, automate abusive requests or attempt to exhaust website resources.
  • Do not use the External Security Snapshot for internal systems, private IP addresses or domains you are not entitled to review.
  • Do not misrepresent snapshot observations as a vulnerability assessment, penetration test, certification or guarantee of security.
  • Do not use website content in a way that infringes intellectual property or applicable law.
05

External Security Snapshot

The snapshot performs a limited set of low-impact public configuration observations. Results may be incomplete, affected by transient conditions or interpreted differently when reviewed in a broader technical context.

A status such as ‘Good’, ‘Review Recommended’ or ‘Not Detected’ is an observation about the specific check at that time. It is not a declaration that a domain is secure or vulnerable.

06

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, visual design, brand elements and original resources are owned by or licensed to Vensora Security. Reasonable links to public pages are permitted, but substantial reproduction requires prior permission.

07

Third-party links

The website may link to official guidance and third-party services. Those sites are controlled by their operators, and Vensora is not responsible for their availability, security, terms or content.

08

Availability and liability

The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Vensora excludes liability arising solely from reliance on general website content or inability to access a public feature.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. The final wording and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed through professional legal review.

09

Contact

Questions about these website terms can be sent to hello@vensorasecurity.com. The production version should identify the legal business entity after registration details are finalised.
